Perfect for making omelettes, the “Frittatiera” is made up of two pans, one on top of the other, that lock together on the opposite side of the handles. It allows you to easily cook both sides of your omelette with just one flip. Pans can be used separately as well. Comes with removable handles for going in the oven.
