Shipping and delivery

All purchases made online on our website are delivered to Canada only. The delivery address provided at the time of validation of the order must be a complete and valid Canadian address. We reserve the right to withhold the order in order to make the necessary checks.
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and selected holidays will be processed the next business day.
No shipping costs will be charged for gift card orders. All gift card orders are delivered by regular mail or courier service at our discretion.

Free shipping is eligible on orders over $99.97 before taxes. Certain conditions apply. The following are excluded from the free shipping promotion

• All products in the “GOURMET FOODS” category
• All American Pressure Canners/Cookers
• Any product with a “Not eligible for free shipping” tag
• Orders shipping to extended service areas.
• Overweight or oversized parcels

Clients will be notified prior to shipping if any additional shipping fees are to be added.
