We currently do not ship to the United States; currently we only ship to Canada.

Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not been processed; you can modify or cancel the order by calling 514 271-2057 ext. 2 or by email at info@quincailleriedante.com. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed or shipped, you will not be able to change or cancel it.

We restock the majority of our products sold online, however, availability and pricing is subject to change. If a product is out of stock, we recommend signing up to the product’s inventory notification with your email.

The amount of sales tax charged will depend on which province your order is shipped to. All orders picked up in-store will be charged 14.975% (GST & QST). For orders that are shipped, the following sales taxes will be charged depending on the mailing address of the order:

• Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Saskatchewan and Yukon: GST at 5%
• New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island: HST at 15%
• Ontario: HST at 13%
• Québec: GST and QST at 14.975%

We offer Standard and Express shipping options via Canada Post to all Canadian provinces and territories. We also offer an in-store pick up option where we prepare your order so it will be ready for you to pick up at the store.

As soon as your package is shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.
