Cooking the butternut squash

Pre-heat your oven to 350°F

Do not peel your squash

Cut the squash in half (from the beginning of the bulge)

Cut in half the round part and remove the seeds

Cut the longer part in 4 quarters

On a baking sheet with parchment paper or Silpat on it, put the squash pieces

Oil, salt and pepper

Cook for 40 minutes
