Disassemble your meat grinder and wash all pieces in hot soapy water. -
Dry all pieces VERY well. -
With your fingers, oil (with any kind of oil such as olive, vegetable or mineral) the worm the cross knife and the disc. -
After usage, repeat steps 1-3 before storing it. The oil keeps the pieces well lubricated and from rusting.
