Returns and exchanges
Final sale items cannot be returned for refunds.
We hope you enjoy your purchase; however we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return/ exchange an item. Please follow the simple steps below to return or exchange your item.
You must email [email protected] for receiving the authorization for your return or exchange.
You must return unused merchandise in its original condition and in its original package – unaltered/ unopened packaging. Items must be in new condition. We therefore take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure they are in new and pristine condition before returning anything to our inventory.
Returns may be accepted within 30 days from the shipping date. Please note that returns are not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable.
For your protection, we advise customers to obtain proof of posting and use a carrier that insures your goods in the event of them being damaged or going missing in transit. We also highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so you can track your order on its way back to Quincaillerie Dante Inc.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your account to be credited (they will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase) and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
