Ingredients
- 1 jar of mascarpone 500gr
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites
- 7 tbsp. sugar or maple syrup
Preparation
- Beat egg yolks and sugar (pale yellow)
- Add mascarpone and mix well
- Beat egg whites until stiff
- Fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture with a spatula
