Description
The artisanal Panettone Marron Glacé is obtained from natural leavening from sourdough and 72 hours of patient craftsmanship.
The yellow dough is soft and well-alveolated and is richly filled with enveloping marron glacé cream and marron glacé in chunks, which give the Panettone a persistent and refined taste.
The basic ingredients are all fresh: eggs from safe farms, milk, cream and mountain butter.
