The butter’s flavor and freshness are protected by this airtight seal for up to 30 days without refrigeration. Its watertight technology keeps food odors out and your butter fresh for days.

Allow your butter to soften, then pack it firmly into the cup of the lid.

Fill bottom bowl with 1/2 in, of cold water, making sure water is high enough to create a seal when lid placed in bowl.

Place lid into bowl and your butter will remain fresh and soft enough for easy spreading. Water should be changed every 3-4 days.
