Ingredients
5 tbsp. Stefano's olive oil
2 whole garlic cloves, halved and degermed
1 jar of Stefano's tomato basil sauce
6-8 basil leaves
Salt
Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a 24cm Granit pan.
Cook the garlic cloves until they are golden
Add the tomato sauce and cook for 10-15 minutes
Add the whole basil leaves
Cook for 5 minutes
Take the garlic pieces and crush them with a fork
Return to the sauce and season with salt.
*Arrabiatta sauce: add 1 tbsp of hot pepper oil
* Rosé sauce: add ½ cup of cream 35%
Yield
6 servings.
