Strawberry, chocolate, watercress salad

Ingredients

600 g watercress, washed and dried in salad spinner

300 g arugula, washed and dried in a salad spinner

2 baskets of local Quebec strawberries, washed, cored and cut in quarts

8g 70% dark chocolate, grated with coarse grater

Stefano's balsamic vinegar

Stefano's extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
 


Preparation

In a large bowl add the water cress, arugula and strawberries.

For the salad dressing, in a bowl mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Then pour on top of salad.

Serve with grated chocolate on top.

6 servings.
