Chocolate salami

Ingredients
3/4 cup bittersweet cacao
200g dried amaretti cookies (finely ground)
110g coarsely chopped nuts (pine nuts, pistachios, almonds)
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
110 g melted butter (unsalted)
4 egg yolks
Preparation
In a bowl beat together the egg yolks and the sugar.
Add the milk and continue beating for 1 minute.
Add the melted butter, cacao, ground amaretti, and the chopped nuts and mix well forming a sticky dough.
Place the chocolate dough on a sheet of saran wrap and form a salami shape while tightening both ends.
Wrap the salami with a sheet of aluminum foil and tighten the ends once more.
Place in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Cut into slices and serve with a glass of Porto!
