Oven-baked stuffed pepperoncini

Ingredients
12 long yellow or red peppers
160 gr tuna in oil (worked with fork)
4 anchovies finely chopped
1 tbsp. capers
4 bread slices soaked in a bit of broth
Preparation
Preheat oven at 375°F
Mix tuna, anchovies, capers and bread together
Cut peppers in half and take out the seeds
Stuff the pepper halves. Place on baking sheet and cover them with the other halves.
Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes and serve.
Yield
6 servings.
