Le Nid sees at work the designer Christian Ghion and the starred chef Pierre Gagnaire. This project aims to meet the needs of cooking in cooking, table service and individual consumption. This attention to food and the ways of tasting it is spreading more and more. With the container, made of porcelain stoneware, eggs can be baked in a bain-marie, using the steel ring as support (3). Then at the time of service, the container is placed on a stainless steel perch to maintain it at a certain height of the plate, both for convenience and to give the dish the desired importance. The container has a rough outer surface to ensure support stability on the cooking ring and on the service perch.
