I was about to write to you to tell you how much I enjoyed your pasta class. And without being wrong, my kids have also enjoyed it. It was their birthday present and without any regret, I did well to accompany them. It was a first for us and definitely not the last. We loved everything. The conviviality, the kitchen, the dining room, your generosity, your little attentions, like the cappuccino to start the lesson, your explanations lively, frank, clear, without overzealous, your answers to our many questions .. And what about the meal we enjoyed while sitting at your big table with a nice glass of wine. Thanks also to Audrey for her delicious sauces. We learned a lot from you and hope to benefit from your knowledge. We will cry for help if we make mistakes.
