I have been using a tic tac from Dante's to process at least 2 bushels of tomatoes for the past 15 or so years now. I went back this year to upgrade to an electric machine and the lady there said that you can't strain skin and seeds twice in them. I was non-plussed because the best pulp comes from the leftover skin and seeds! I went home and again, used my old tic tac. As usual, the machine worked great and I'm so thankful for the people at Dante that taught me to make tomatoe preserves and look after my tough little tic tac. Thank you!
