Commentaire en anglais: "I just wanted to say that after taking the pasta making class I Made pasta and it was awesome! I am over the moon...I think I was overthinking the whole process and I believe that the settings on my machine are off...so I was always trying to make very thin pasta as per instructions while I simply needed to stop my earlier. In any case thank you! Here is a picture of my fettuccine with butter and parmigiana. I ate it and beamed."
