Fennel, Celeriac and Green Apple Salad

Ingredients

1 big fennel bulb

1 mediam celeriac

2 green apples

3 tbsp. (45ml) Stefano olive oil

1 tbsp. (15ml) Chardonnay vinegar or lemon juice

Salt and pepper


Preparation

Cut fennel, celeriac and apples in a julienne style with the help of a mandoline slicer.

Pour all in a bowl, add olive oil, vinegar (or lemon juice). Season with salt and pepper and serve.


Yield

4 servings.
