Mango Strawberry Pop

Ingredients

1 ripe mango
2 cups Strawberries (preferably from Quebec)
1 large orange (just the juice)
150 ml water
6 basil leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp sugar (honey, maple syrup or white sugar), if desired


Preparation

Begin by peeling the mango and removing the pulp from around its nut
Cut the mango into cubes and put them in a blender. Reserve.
Rinse the strawberries in cold water, remove the stem, cut them into small pieces and add them to the blender.
Add the orange juice and water, followed by the basil leaves and sugar.

Blend until you obtain a smooth mixture. Fill your popsicles molds and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
