Ingredients

370g flour 00

180g of butter at room temperature

100g of sugar

50ml Martin Picard's maple syrup

1 egg

 

For the icing

100g powdered sugar

2 tablespoons of water


Preparation

Preheat the oven at 375F

In a bowl, mix the butter in small cubes, sugar, egg, and flour until you get a crumbly ball of dough.

Let rest for 15 minutes.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to a thickness of 1/2 centimeter.

Then cut out with your cookie cutter the shape you want.

Place the cookies on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes, until golden brown.

Let cool.

Mix powdered sugar and water, put in a piping bag and decorate your cookies.
