Lemon chicken breasts with red and yellow peppers

Preparation
Sprinkle chicken pieces with sea salt with herbs, flour and set aside on a plate.
Heat butter and olive oil in a 28cm Granit sauté pan.
Sauté 3 pieces of chicken at a time. When they are colored, deglaze with lemon juice. Place on a plate. Repeat with remaining 6 chicken pieces.
In the same still hot pan, add a little olive oil. Add your shallots and cook for 3 minutes.
Then add your peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
Put your pieces back into the peppers and shallots mixture. Mix well and continue cooking for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Remove from heat and serve
You can serve with a green salad or white rice that you have previously cooked. *Stir-fry the cooked rice in the same pan (you will have removed the chicken mixture beforehand) this will give it a lot of flavour.
