Ingredients

1 calzone dough recipe

200 gr of fresh ricotta
150 gr of ham
1/2 cup of mozzarella
1 egg

1/4 cup of parmesan

Salt and pepper 


Preparation

Preheat the oven at 400F

Cut the ham in small dice
Mix all ingredients
Spread the dough and cut into small circles
Place a portion of the mixture in the center and fold the dough in a semicircle
Press edges to seal the calzones
Brush with egg white
Bake 20 minutes in the oven

*Calzones can be frozen. Bake for only 10 minutes, cool on a rack and then freeze. Place frozen calzones on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 400F oven for 10 minutes.
