Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients

150 g Gorgonzola cheese
 
50 g butter
 
1/2 cup of 35% cream
 
Chopped Italian parsley

Preparation

Melt the butter over very low heat in a Granit 24cm pot
 
Add the gorgonzola and melt quietly
 
Add the cream and mix well.
 
At the very end add the chopped parsley
