Chicken wings and drumsticks, fennel and tomato sauce

Ingredients

6 chicken wings

6 chicken drumsticks

1 red onion, cut into large pieces

1 fennel bulb cut into large pieces

Bologna salt

1 tablespoon chopped rosemary

1 tablespoon chopped sage

1 \ 2 jar of Tomato basil or Arrabbiata sauce


Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400F

Put oil in a rectangular dish, add the wings and drumsticks and coat with oil.

Add the rosemary, sage and salt with Bologna salt.

Mix everything well and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 400F

Then reduce the oven temperature to 350F.

Take the dish out of the oven, add the onions, fennel and sauce. Mix everything well.

Return to oven and bake 45 minutes or until wings and drumsticks are cooked.

Delicious with a good baguette and a salad!
