Sauce pancetta, mushrooms and tuna

250 gr mushrooms sliced

3 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves finely chopped

1 teaspoon chilli pepper

150 gr pancetta (cut in small cubes)

1 can tomatoes Aurora 14 oz

80 gr tuna



-Heat the olive oil, add the garlic and chilli pepper. When the garlic begins to change color add the pancetta.

-When the fat begins to melt, add the mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes, add the tomatoes.

-Cook for 15 minutes at low, add the tuna and cook for 10 minutes.

-Cook pasta and stir sauces and add parsley and serve.
