Sauce pancetta, mushrooms and tuna

Ingredients

250 gr mushrooms sliced

3 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves finely chopped

1 teaspoon chilli pepper

150 gr pancetta (cut in small cubes)

1 jar of Stefano's tomatoes basil sauce

80 gr tuna

Parsley


Preparation

In a sauté pan Julienne 32cm heat the olive oil, add the garlic and chilli pepper. When the garlic begins to change color add the pancetta.

When the fat begins to melt, add the mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes, add the tomatoes sauce.

Cook for 15 minutes at low, add the tuna and cook for 10 minutes.

Cook pasta and stir sauces and add parsley and serve.
