Suggested material offered in store
400 g of short pasta
200 g tuna in oil
60 g of fresh ricotta
Four slices of anchovies
1 tablespoon of chopped capers
1/4 cup fresh parsley (keep 1 tablespoon for finition)
2-3 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup of chopped Parmesan if you desire
Put water to boil salted and cook your pasta.
In the blender add tuna, anchovies, capers, ricotta, parsley, olive oil and a bit of pasta cooking water and your sauce his made.
Strain pasta and mix with the sauce and if you desire add your parmesan on top.
