Aragula pesto

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups of fresh aragula
1/3 cup of Italian parsley
1/3 cup spinach
2 tbsp. walnuts or pistachios
2 large garlic cloves
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Frantoio
2 tbsp. parmesan
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a food processor (except oil) until finely chopped and then pour olive oil while robot is running slowly, until the texture is like a pesto. You could add less olive oil and put a bit of water to delude.
