Anchovies and cherry tomatoes spiedinis

Ingredients
12 red cherry tomatoes
12 yellow cherry tomatoes
12 green cherry tomatoes
Anchovy fillet in olive oil
Basil
Stefano's olive oil
Preparation
On a skewer, insert a tomato, an anchovy fillet and a basil leaf. Repeat, inserting three tomatoes on each skewer.
Brush with a bit of oil and heat on the BBQ.
Important: for wooden skewers, let them sit in water for at least one hour prior to cooking in order to prevent them from burning.
