Tagliatelle with shrimps

Ingredients
320g of tagliatelle
20 shrimps, cleaned and peeled
2 zucchinis, diced
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. dry Martini
2 tbsp. white wine
1 garlic clove, sliced with garlic slicer
5 tbsp. olive oil
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Preparation
-In a skillet, heat 3 tbsp. of olive oil and sauté the garlic.
-Add the zucchinis and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat (remove the garlic when cooking is done).
-In another pan, heat 2 tbsp. of olive oil and fry the shrimps.
-Deglaze with white wine and Martini.
-Cook pasta and drain.
-Toss pasta with the shrimps, zucchinis and chopped parsley. Mix well and serve.

6 servings.
