Hello Elena,

I liked the atmosphere of the course. It was warm and everyone was in a good mood. You took the time to answer all the questions, which was much appreciated. Your patience was remarkable because you repeated several times. The demonstration was complete and being able to allow the volunteers to practice was very good.
