Sterilization of Jars and Covers
Follow these steps to properly sterilize your jars and covers.

Place your jars and covers in water - they must be completely submerged.

Heat for ten minutes or so, starting from when the water reaches a temperature of 82 C/ 180 F - the water does not need to boil. *Sterilization starts at 82 C/ 180 F.
